Personal Choice Dining® - Evening
The Princess Cruises passion for culinary arts is best expressed in C.H.E.F.SM or Culinary Heritage of Excellence in Food — a Princess tradition of world-class chefs creating exceptional dishes with the finest ingredients. Lotus Spa® Cuisine on dinner menus is also available for even more variety.
Dining choices vary by ship and include:
Main Dining Room - Traditional Early Seating (6 pm) or Late Seating (8:15 pm) or Anytime Seating between 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
Specialty Restraurants (please see Specialty Restaurants Section)
Ultimate Balcony Dining - Breakfast from 8:00 am to 11:00 am and Dinner can be arranged during either the first or second dinner seating.
Poolside Pizzeria - 6:30 pm to midnight and is available on Caribbean Princess, Coral Princess, Crown Princess, Diamond Princess, Emerald Princess, Golden Princess, Grand Princess, Sapphire Princess and Star Princess.
Evening Bistro - 11:00 pm to 4:00 am
Wine & Caviar Bar - hours vary by ship.
