If you are sailing aboard any cruise vessel, the U.S. government recently enacted The Border Security Act, under which (effective as of 1/1/03) all passengers sailing must fill out an Embarkation Guest Registration form prior to passengers’ attempting to board their vessel. Every passenger, regardless of age must fill out this form and it must be received by the appropriate cruise line immediately. Failure to do so may result in a passenger’s being denied boarding. For your convenience these forms may be filled out for the following cruise lines and submitted online by clicking on a link below (even if a link is not available for your cruise line you must still fill out the form).
