Better Than Expected  |

| This cruise exceeded my expectations. As soon as we got back home I was scouring the internet looking for another Princess cruise. |
Pros: Excellent food, wonderful service, good shows
Cons: Skip the spa facility; Tacky sales presentation for Diamonds International, etc.

| Beautiful large ship, but never crowded, mostly attentive staff, plenty of on-board activities. Dining was mostly very good, but we were disappointed with the Sterling Steakhouse. |

| This cruise had more low points than high points. Glad to have taken it, but won't sail again with Princess. |
Pros: Exciting itinerary, clean and comfortable ship, excellent cabin steward
Cons: Mediocre food, lethargic service in Horizon Court buffet, some disappointing port calls, extra charge for after-dinner espresso/cappucino, charge for ice cream (except as dessert at dinner)

Needs a Change  |

| Again I say, not a bad ship; however, the culture does need a serious change of attitude. Despite repeated written emails, reports and complaints, NO-ONE from the company has EVER contacted me to say sorry or it's being fixed or we'll look into it....NOTHING. I don't believe they really care. |

Cons: Inexcuseable mayhem with Japanese Immigration, rude main desk staff
